We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your order date.
Our payment provider is Yoco, which handles South African card and EFT payments. To request a refund, contact us in-app and we will arrange it directly.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request; if you also want money back, follow the refund steps above within 7 days of your order.
Beyond 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and that of our payment processor. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.
