Refund Policy

RideRadar SA is operated by Neversleep Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, trading as RideRadar SA. We want you to be happy with your subscription. This policy explains how refunds work.

7-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our primary payment provider is Yoco, which handles South African card and EFT payments. For international card payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record is Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. For payments made via Yoco (South African cards / EFT), contact us in-app and we will arrange the refund directly.
  2. For international payments via Paddle, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or contact us in-app and we will help you start the refund.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request; if you also want money back, follow the refund steps above within 7 days of your order.

After 7 days

Beyond 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and that of our payment processor. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.
